My daughter made this variety for her cheerleader friends. Even those who turned up their noses at regular fudge really enjoyed this fun variety.

Melt in Your Mouth Mint Fudge

3 cups mint chips ( can use half chocolate chips if desired)

2 tablespoons butter or even margarine

Lovey Layered Fudge

This is so fun to make with mint and chocolate or peanut butter and chocolate layers.

Make 1 batch of the chocolate fudge but spread in two 9x9 inch pans instead of one. Make another batch of mint or peanut butter fudge and spread evenly on top of the chocolate fudge. Chill well.

Other Variations

Don't have any sweetened condensed milk? You can substitute a can of frosting instead of the milk and butter. Use white chocolate chips if you use a fancy type of frosting like pink, or caramel.

Why not stir in some candy! Crushed peppermints, candy bars, hazel nuts, walnuts, etc.
